Damini Macelleria & Affini (“butchery and goods”) is an intersection of quality, knowledge and creativity celebrated by those who seek greatness in taste and in health.
Just beyond the front doors begins a voyage of taste, from aromas to flavors, a joyous atmosphere full of tangible passion; a sensation transmitted by those that truly love what they do. The project is the joint effort of two brothers, Gian Pietro and Giorgio, who have united their vision and skill in reopening the historic family macelleria, aiming beyond the classic butcher counter to provide a different and unique experience. The holistic concept extends from the tables of the restaurant to the food and wine lined aisles of the bottega.
Since 2014 Damini Macelleria & Affini has held the first and only Michelin star for a butchery/restaurant in all of Europe, obtained by chef Giorgio Damini.
